Refund & Cancellation Policy
This is a plain-language summary of how we operate; if anything here conflicts with applicable law, the law controls.
Subscriptions are billed in advance
GameServerBot subscriptions are charged monthly at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial-month or pro-rated refunds when you cancel mid-period, except where required by applicable law (for example, consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions may provide additional rights).
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@midnightsunlabs.com and we will review your case.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Account page: sign in at gameserverbot.com/account, then click "Manage billing" to access the Stripe customer portal and cancel from there.
- Via Discord: message us in our support server and we will cancel on your behalf.
Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — you will not be charged again.
Your data after cancellation
We keep your game-server worlds after cancellation so you can resubscribe later and pick up exactly where you left off. If you want your world data deleted, email us at support@midnightsunlabs.com and we will remove it.
Free trial
Hosting includes a one-time free trial of 48 hours of server uptime (one per user).
Start it from Discord with /host trial — no card is required.
The trial lets you test before committing to a subscription.
