Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Midnight Sun Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our") for your use of GameServerBot and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements (13 years old in most regions, or higher where local law requires) to use GameServerBot. If you add the bot to a Discord server, you represent that you have authority to bind that server to these Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

GameServerBot offers paid plans billed monthly in advance via Stripe:

• AI plan — $3/mo: unlocks natural-language AI interactions.
• Hosting · Lite — $8/mo: adds game-server hosting (one server slot, Minecraft and other light games, auto-shutdown, cloud backups).

Subscriptions auto-renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account page on this site or by contacting us via Discord. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Free trial

Hosting includes a one-time free trial of 48 hours of server uptime (one per user). You will not be charged during the trial. Subscribe at any time to continue; your world data is retained.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activity or facilitate illegal activity by others.
• Harass, threaten, doxx, or abuse other users.
• Generate or distribute sexual content involving minors.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use game servers in violation of the relevant game's End User License Agreement (EULA) or applicable law.

Violations of these rules may trigger automatic suspension of your AI access and/or termination of your account.

Hosting specifics

Game servers automatically shut down after a period of inactivity. This is a deliberate cost-control feature, not a defect. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We back up your world data to cloud storage on a best-effort basis; you are responsible for any data you consider critical.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midnight Sun Labs LLC and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this site or in our Discord server. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
